About

Taste your way through history! From European immigrants to revolutionaries, gunslingers, and bootleggers, American whiskey has a storied past. We'll trace the origins and evolution of domestic whiskey from rye to Bourbon and single malts, and we'll sample eight whiskeys as we learn why they became popular, how they're made, how to select and enjoy them, and the current state of the industry.
