About

With a tea culture spanning thousands of years, China has been the most prolific and important producer of tea in the world. Some of the most classic styles of tea come from China, including Dragon Well and Biluochun green teas, Silver Needle white tea, Keemun and Yunnan gold-tipped black teas, Tieguanyin oolong, Pu-er fermented tea, and numerous others.

You'll taste eight classic Chinese teas while learning about the history of tea in China, how it's grown, how it's processed into all of the various styles, and how best to prepare it.
