About

Learn cocktail design and mixology fundamentals, incorporating ingredients from BARN's own herb garden. Practice mixing a variety of cocktails using fresh ingredients (and, of course, you'll need to taste your creations). You'll take home recipes, as well as the knowledge and confidence to impress your friends with dazzling cocktails all summer!

BARN’s kitchen facility regularly uses ingredients on the FDA’s major allergens list, including: milk (butter), eggs, fish, Crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame.
 

Details

A $20 materials fee, included in the price of the class, covers everything you need.

Class Policies

You must wear closed-toed shoes in the studio. Tie back long hair.

Instructor
Christopher Gronbeck

Christopher is founder and former owner of The Barrel Thief Wine & Whiskey Bar in Seattle. He has a long history as an educator in the science and environment fields, and has taught wine and spirits and cocktails classes for more than 15 years. He serves as a judge at numerous wine and spirits competitions. Christopher loves everything about BARN and is active in the Kitchen Arts Studio as well as in Woodworking and Print & Book Arts.
