Youth: Woodworking Apprentice (Ages 10-14)
Build a different project each month as you develop real woodworking skills.
In this new series of monthly classes, learn about a different woodworking tool or technique each session, then go on to build a project that puts that learning to use.
If you sign up for multiple sessions, you will gradually build a solid base of woodworking skills and have fun doing it. You will learn about different kinds of wood, how to shape pieces using hand and power tools, and how to fasten them together in different ways.
There will be a set class project each session. Have an idea for a project for a future session? The instructor will welcome suggestions.
