Get ready to slurp, stir, and explore the delicious flavors of Vietnam! In this fun, hands-on cooking class, young chefs will learn how to make phở gà, a comforting Vietnamese noodle soup made with tender chicken, rice noodles, fragrant herbs, and a tasty broth.

You'll prepare ingredients, discover how spices like ginger and star anise create wonderful aromas, and build your own bowls with colorful toppings such as cilantro, green onions, bean sprouts, and lime. You'll learn the "do's and don'ts" of the noodle bowl to avoid common phở faux pas and discover clever shortcuts for whipping up a quick bowl of phở on a busy weeknight.

To keep the cooking going at home, you'll assemble your own custom phở seasoning kit to take home.

• Phở Gà (Vietnamese chicken soup with rice noodles).
