Description

Making marshmallows is a gateway to candy making. You will use a candy thermometer and a kitchen standing mixer to whip up gelatin and syrup. The chocolate mousse can be jarred up, stored in the refrigerator, and enjoyed stirred into a mug of steaming milk.

There will be a demonstration of cutting pre-set marshmallows, and afterwards we will enjoy samples in class together with our hot chocolate.

Participants will take home their marshmallow mixture as well as hot chocolate mousse in a jar. Special packaging will be available to turn these into holiday gifts.
