A fun and comprehensive development of drawing and painting skills for kids ages 8-16. This is ongoing instruction, tailored to all levels of experience. Students move forward at their own pace, with new challenges each session.
You will learn to draw comic characters with pencil and colored pencils, geometric acrylic painting, soft pastel, and mixed media on canvas.
No previous experience necessary.

Registering Youth
- New registrants: When you register, if your youth does not already have an account with BARN, you will create a new account for them.
- Next time you register: You will be able to Search Registrants to select your youth.
- Make sure to fill out your youth's emergency contact information and other details when creating their account.

Instructor
Sher Swaim received her BFA in painting from the University of Illinois and did post-baccalaureate work at the University of Florida. Before locating to Port Ludlow, Sher owned and operated Sher’s Art Gallery and for 33 years taught classes in drawing, pastels, painting and ceramics for all ages.
