Learn to facilitate safe machine tool usage, promote good shop practice, provide safety tips, and make Open Studio Sessions a safe and enjoyable experience for our members. Please talk to Paul Kury, the Woodworking Shop Lead, or email him at wood.lead@bainbridgebarn.org if you are interested in taking this course and becoming a Safety Monitor.

Richard Mander

Richard Mander grew up in New Zealand, immersed in home renovation and boat building. He is active in the Woodshop as a safety monitor, manager, and safety lead. His interests include machine and hand tool work, and helping others make the most of their experience at BARN.
