Learn how to make a home remodeling project go as smoothly as possible, thanks to tips from Stacy Austin, an accomplished construction industry veteran with over 30 years of experience across multiple disciplines.

Drawing from her experience running three successful businesses and managing multi-million-dollar projects, she'll share insights on navigating challenging remodels, from initial planning through completion. Her presentation will cover essential topics, including scope definition, team selection, plan development, budgeting, and contract considerations.

After the presentation, several students in BARN's Woodworking Basics certificate program will receive their certificates and share what they learned in their capstone projects.

This event is open to all — you don't need to be a participant in the Woodworking Studio. It's a good opportunity to meet other BARN folks. No registration is required. Coffee and refreshments will be served.
