Professional artist, wood carver, and sculptor Dan Webb will discuss "Right Here," his new installation at the Seattle Convention Center.

We're fortunate to have this fabulous speaker return to BARN. If you missed Webb’s presentation a few years ago, ask anyone who attended and they'll say it was eye-popping. This will be an entirely new presentation about a piece done on a very large scale.

"Right Here" is a  massive, 19-foot-high hand that Webb carved from madrona to hold stained glass panels. Suspended from the ceiling inside a window at the convention center, the hand points to a 20-foot-long bench below. Visitors can sit there to enjoy a view that looks out toward the Pike Place Market sign and Puget Sound.
