The subject this month will be FESTOOLS                                                     presented Jerry Williams - from Edensaw Woods in Port Townsend

Jerry has an extensive background in the construction industry, both the commercial and residential trades. He transitioned into interior carpentry and cabinetry about 18 years ago including a period of time in a commercial cabinet shop.

Jerry has worked for Edensaw Woods Ltd. the past ten years and is currently their outside sales representative for Kitsap, Jefferson, Mason and Pierce counties. He works with all levels of customers from new enthusiasts to seasoned professionals who have decades of experience in the cabinetry and custom woodworking field. Jerry has been invaluable to BARN in the selection and servicing of our studio’s varied woodworking tools and accessories.

Festool is the premier name in portable power woodworking tools and your studio is lucky to have a good cross section of their line. Festool is known for its system-based approach to power tools with many of the tools and accessories crossing over to support other tools in the line.

We will have all of BARN’s 15 tools available and Jerry will show you how to get the maximum benefits from each tool. In addition, he will bring four additional tools for us to evaluate and samples of tools we have budgeted for acquisition in early 2020.

Please join us in the main shop Saturday at 9 am to get your hands on and learn the unique features of Festool’s line of woodworking equipment. Through education your skill level will rise, and your projects will equal your design vision.
