Weaving: Introduction to Tapestry Weaving
Learn the basics of weaving a small tapestry in this introductory course.
Gain the skills to make your own small tapestries. On the first day, you'll learn basic tapestry techniques on a loom that's already been warped. On the second day, you'll learn loom warping and create your own weaving using color and patterns learned from day one.

- The "Little Looms Group" meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays at 1 PM in Open Studio: Little Loom Weaving. This is a great time to continue your project or start a new one. We hope this introductory class will give you the confidence to join this group!
- You're welcome to bring lunch for the second day of class. A refrigerator and microwave are available on the lower level.

Catherine enjoys exploring all types of weaving, focusing on tapestry and floor loom weaving. She is especially inspired by other weavers’ creations. She teaches Tapestry Weaving at BARN.
