Dented weave is a weaving technique that leaves open spaces in the warp and weft, resulting in a light, draped, airy weave. It's a good way to make light summer scarves. This technique can be used on any loom, but we'll be demonstrating and teaching on a rigid heddle loom.

Details

• You should bring the yarn you intend to use. This is a good project for lighter weight yarn, like sock yarn. For questions about yarn, consult the instructor prior to the weave-along.
• You'll need a rigid heddle loom. You may bring your own loom, or use one of the studio's.
• Do not pre-warp your loom.

Prerequisites

• You need to have completed Introduction to Rigid Heddle Loom Weaving or have equivalent experience.
• You must have the basic ability to set up a rigid needle loom to weave.
