In this 3-hour class you’ll draw a simple 3”x5” design, transfer your image to a soft rubber material called ‘Speedy-Cut’, then carve out the negative space with carving gouges.  Next, you’ll roll ink onto your block, lay paper on top, and apply pressure.  When you peel the paper off you will be delighted with the unique work of art you’ve created!  You’ll leave with at least 5 prints, or more if you have time!

• Skill Level: Beginner
• A $12 material kit fee is included in the cost of this class.
• Wear an apron or smock - this is a messy process!  Some aprons are available to borrow from the studio.
