About

This class is for complete beginners  looking to try out sewing. These simple drawstring bags are a great way to practice your sewing skills.

Bring a favorite piece of fabric or choose from the collection provided.

For the chalk bag (used by climbers), you will learn to sew a buttonhole, casing, and add a belt loop. For the dog treat bag, you will learn how to install a snap or velcro for closing your bag.

Details

A $15 materials fee is included in the cost of the class and covers the all materials necessary.

Project

You will walk out of class with a handmade chalk bag or dog treat bag with webbing belt.

  • Ages 14 and up are welcome.
