Come to the Fiber Arts Studio on Saturday afternoon, 28th October, and try out Frame Loom fabric weaving.  Two sessions have been set up (12-2pm and 2-4pm).  Sign up for one or both!

Frame Loom weaving uses strips of fabric for weaving.  Projects include anything from small cases to place mats, pillows, computer cases and rugs. Colors, patterns and tones are endless.

The Fiber Arts Studio will Tie-Up (warp) a number of frame looms leaving the looms ready for you to weave.  You are invited to come in and try your hand at frame loom weaving.  Weavers will be available to get you started and guide you through.

*If you don't know what frame loom weaving is, this is a great introduction.  

* If you have thought about taking one of the frame loom weaving classes but weren't sure if you would like it, come by and try it out.

*if you have a child/young adult that is interested in trying weavings, come on in with them.

BARN Members:  Free

Non-BARN Members:  $10

Please register for one (or both sessions) so that we know how many people to expect for looms and material planning. 

Materials:

The Fiber Arts Studio will provide fabric and small lap looms for use during this event.  Donations to cover material costs are appreciated bu not required.  Suggested donation is $5 per project.
