About

Flush settings set the stones into the surface of your metal. In this skills class, you will learn and practice how to cut a seat, secure a stone, and finish the metal around the stone setting.

You'll also learn how and why to use different types of setting burrs, and how to use GRS stone-setting equipment vs. other methods.

Details

  • A $35 materials fee, included in the cost of the class, covers all materials needed. Your materials kit includes all burrs and drill bits along with extra copper and CZs for continued practice after this class. See below for what students can bring.
  • Registration closes May 10.
  • We will take one 15-minute break.
