Instructor Bio: Renzo Toglia
Renzo’s welding experience started as a helper in his older brother's steel shop in high school. As a graduate from the U of Arizona, he earned a B. S. in Structural Engineering while working each summer welding and fabricating structural steel. The study of material properties and the experience in his later years as a ship fitter, fabricator and layout man interspersed between design engineer jobs on off-shore oil drilling rigs, supervising a gold mine operation and designing marine structures, yields his confidence to introduce you to the world of welding. He looks forward to sharing his knowledge.
