About

Spring is a great time for homemade cookies.  Make your cookies even more special by using cookie cutters that you made.

In this class you will make two or three metal cookie cutters of copper, stainless, or aluminum.  You will learn to cut and bend sheet metal (perhaps to crimp it) and to rivet or spot weld.

No prior sheet metal experience is required, although it will be helpful to have taken the two-hour Sheet Metal Safety class.

Additional materials fee of $10 for sheet metal will be added to your total when you register for class.

There is a class size limitation of 4 students. This is for safety so the instructor can focus on and help students.

Dress warmly, the studio may be cold.

Instructor:  Chris Stanley: Model Maker, Educator, Artist. Chris spent the last 18 years teaching it all in the industrial design program at The Art Institute of Seattle.
