Turn old bottle caps into a pair of earrings, necklace, bracelet, or magnet set. Makes a great holiday gift! You will learn how to make your own designs through drawing or collage, then highlight them in your bottle cap "frame." You will manipulate the metal of the cap with basic hand tools. From here, turn your art into jewelry or a set of cool magnets. You might have time to do both, and possibly also package them up for gift-giving! You are welcome to save your bottle caps and bring them or use our supply. Appropriate for ages 10 and up.

Instructor: Rachel Knudson has been facilitating with scrap materials for 15 years, for preschool and school aged children, and adults. She founded the scrap arts studio, Sticky Art Lab, in Berkeley, CA. Rachel likes to help artists find a spark and dive in with wild abandon.
