Learn how to put Salads in the drivers’ seat for your meals. You’ll learn how vinaigrette's can spice up salads, and how to include your guests in making dinner. We will cover grilled and chilled salads, soufflé and salad, and Panzanella.

Materials fee: $10 per person. Please bring a check or cash to the class.
