Poetry Class with Lawrence Matsuda

Northwest poet Lawrence Matsuda opens an inquiry into how we access the creative part of our brain. The class will explore this using the villanelle form and examples of Matsuda's poetry. Prior to the class, attendees should read Dylan Thomas' villanelle, "Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night" and note elements of the form. 

Class size is limited; register by calling Kitsap Regional Library Bainbridge at (206) 842-4162.
