Come join Denise Kester in this two day workshop where we'll learn to make paste paper and then use it for the cover of a book we'll make.

On day one we'll make paste paper. We will use combs, rollers, and texturing tools to create beautiful papers that can be used for the covers of our books. These papers are also great for collage, scrap-booking, and card making.

On day two we will create a beautiful 6 X 9 hard cover art and journal book. We will use the paste papers that we made the first day for our covers. There is cutting with scissors, gluing and a little sewing involved.

No experience is necessary.

Instructor:  Denise Kester is a renowned teacher and artist. She has been teaching workshops for twenty-five years in the creative arts, including monoprinting, collage, and book arts.
