Has it been a while since you cut and shaped a stone?

If you’ve taken a lapidary class at BARN and want to reconnect with the process and refresh your skills, this Lapidary Refresh session is for you! The studio has new equipment, a fresh setup, and exciting new classes coming this fall. Now is the perfect time to jump back in.

Bring a stone you’ve been meaning to work on, and Karin will be there to guide you through the steps and troubleshoot snags along the way. Spots are limited to keep the session small and allow for plenty of one-on-one guidance.

• Prerequisite: Intro to Lapidary

• Limit of one Refresh session per student.

Materials

• Bring a couple of stones you’ve been meaning to shape and polish. 

Class Policies

• Ages 14 and up are welcome.

• Wear closed-toe shoes and natural-fiber clothing.

• Do not wear loose or synthetic-fiber clothing, scarves, or ties.

• Do not wear dangling jewelry, such as necklaces and bracelets.

• Tie back beards. Tie back long hair in a bun.
