Join established jewelry and metals artist Micki Lippe as she presents her work in images and words in the auditorium of the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art.

Doors open at 6 p.m. with a reception  co-sponsored by BIMA and BARN, featuring light food and beverage. The lecture is scheduled to begin at 7. Register at Brown Paper Tickets. 

This event precedes a two-day design workshop that Lippe is scheduled to teach at BARN on Saturday and Sunday, March 21 and 22. Find out more about the workshop and register for it here.

Lippe's jewelry has been exhibited throughout the U.S. She was a founder of the Seattle Metals  Guild, a board member of Pratt Fine Arts Center and president of the Society of North American Goldsmiths. Her work was included in "Adorn: New Jewelry" and "500 Earrings," among other books. She also teaches at Pratt Fine Arts Center and Danaca Design in Seattle
