About

We will touch on how to fabricate a tube setting, prong settings, tab settings, and step bezels. You will have a chance to make some or all of these kinds of settings out of copper, brass, and sterling silver. We will discuss some of the characteristics of the different settings and stone shapes. The techniques learned in this two-session class will improve your fabricating skills and give you more freedom when designing. Bring ideas and stones you want to work with so we can talk about them.
