Create a dramatic, three-dimensional metal star 24 inches in diameter to decorate a wall or maybe the side of a barn or garage.

You’ll make your five-point star from galvanized steel, which you can paint later, if you wish. (The star in the picture is galvanized steel sprayed with an antique bronze paint.)

The Sheet Metal Studio will be open Wednesdays & Thursdays from 4 pm to 6 pm for open studio time to finish any class projects.

No prior sheet metal experience is required, although it will be helpful to have taken the two-hour Sheet Metal Safety & Orientation class, offered every Wednesday, July 6 through Aug 31, from 2-4 pm and 6-8 p.m.
