In this hands-on workshop, you will learn to cut a custom length of electroluminescent wire, solder the connectors, and make a versatile wire thread that lights up. Bring a piece of clothing or another object and take it home transformed.

The workshop is free to people with a paid BARN membership and $10 for others. The materials fee includes 6 feet of el wire, a driver to power it, batteries for the driver, and connectors. BARN will supply tools and some additional materials.
