Holiday Cookie Decoration utilizing Royal Icing.

Join us for an introduction and tutorial on royal icing - how to make it, commonly used consistencies and how to properly achieve them, how to tint and flavor, and how to achieve different effects. Royal icing allows bakers to achieve a professional finished look, and the completed cookies make fabulous holiday gifts!

Participants will be decorating winter themed vanilla bean sugar cookies, and will take home their decorated cookies to enjoy.
