Come to our January 12 meeting of the Kitchen Arts studio at 7 pm at BARN in Rolling Bay. This month's topic will be:

Demystifying Yeast

Instant, fresh, fast? So many yeasts! Join us for a talk that takes the mystery out of this ingredient. Learn tips and tricks to encourage you to branch out to bread making. Advanced bakers will be interested to learn the science behind the types of yeast and pick up some tips and tricks from Myra Zocher, master baker at A Woman Sconed.

No registration required -- all are welcome!
