See how nationally known woodturner John Jordan creates hollow wooden vessels of astonishing beauty in a demonstration co-sponsored by BARN and the Olympic Peninsula Woodturners Club, a chapter of the American Association of Woodturners.

Jordan is known for his carved and textured hollow pieces and has been featured several times on national carving magazine covers. You can a cover story about him in American Woodturner magazine at this link. His website, johnjordanwoodturning.com, also shows his work and includes information about specialized turning tools that he developed and sells.

There will be a short dinner break during Jordan's presentation. You are welcome to bring a sack supper or snack, or you can opt during the registration process by choosing "Demo plus Dinner" to pay an additional $10 to join in pizza and veggies that BARN will order.
