You might see Kerrie's jams at the farmers' market or in stores around town. Now, she wants to teach you how to make your own jam. Learn how to use our fresh, island bounty and turn it into preserves, jams, and other jarred gems. You'll learn how to prepare your equipment, work through the process, and play with flavors.
