Patterns can be made from many materials including wood, clay, wax, foam, 3D printed materials, and even directly into the sand itself using specialty 3D printers. The types of patterns depend on the type of casting process to be used. We will discuss the steps to make patterns so you can cast parts of beauty and utility at BARN's foundry.
