This class is an introduction to 3D printing for the complete beginner.

Students will be guided through the process of choosing a 3D model, preparing it, and then printing it on BARN's new Ultimaker.  Basic topics such as materials, printer settings, and common problems will be covered.

Students are strongly encouraged to bring a laptop with Cura 15 installed; use this link:

Instructors: This class will be taught by Nathan Abell, head of BARN's Electronic & Technical Arts studio, and David Markus, an industrial design graduate of Savannah College of Art & Design.
