Tools I and II course updates

Tools I is being updated and changed from previous classes.  I am scheduling two short Tools I instruction sessions for:

Saturday August 25 @ 10-11:30am, and then repeated on 

Monday August 27 @ 6–7:30pm

Tools I Updates:

Most of the changes will occur in this class.  Emphasis will be on “hands on instruction”.   Each student will be given a 2x10x25” board to cut and shape in this class using a simple drawing with dimensions.

The following tools will be used to cut and shape their piece:

•     Sawstop Table saw 

•     Cantak planer

•     Grizzly planer

•     Jointers (small and large)

•     Drill press

Short-sleeve or tight-cuff tops and close-toe comfortable shoes are required. No jewelry other than "button-type" earrings for women is allowed, so no rings, bracelets, necklaces. Long hair must be tied back.
