For anyone who has mastered the basics of letterpress but would appreciate a little guidance while launching into independent projects, here’s your opportunity to work with a couple of experts in the room. Carl Youngmann and Ellie Mathews, who operate The North Press in Port Townsend, have agreed to hang out in the studio for the day and look over your shoulder while offering as much or as little advice as you’d like.

Carl and Ellie are well known in the letterpress community as being well-rounded and knowledgeable in many letterpress operations.  They can help you sort out any issues and problems you might have with your project.
