Saturday & Sunday, March 21 & 22, 10 am - 4 pm each day

This weekend workshop will increase your ability to design the jewelry you want to make.

You will learn about  design through a series of creative exercises involving paper, metal, and found objects. A portion of class time will focus on your individual needs, so bring any projects you might want to use as a basis for your new ideas. You’ll learn how to confidently resolve your "I’ve been thinking about this but I’m not sure where to take it" moments.

There is a $10 materials fee, payable to the instructor at the first session. This class is open to 14 years and older. Beginners welcome!

INSTRUCTOR:  Micki Lippe's jewelry has been exhibited throughout the US.  She served as founder of the Seattle Metals  Guild, a board member of Pratt Fine Arts Center and president of the Society of North American Goldsmiths.  Micki's work was included in "Adorn: New Jewelry" and "500 Earrings," among other books. She also teaches at Pratt Fine Arts Center and Danaca Design in Seattle.
