About

Join us for this beginner's brunch on how to make Æbleskivers! You will assemble these Danish pancake balls using fresh ingredients, infused with a selection of fruit filling, and topped with your choice of syrup, powdered sugar or jams.

This class will be followed by a sit down brunch to enjoy your creation!

You will also be taking home either a non-stick or cast iron Æbleskiver pan, along with your newfound knowledge to recreate this Scandinavian treat at home.

Registration will close 5 days in advance, on January 15th so that the instructor can order the pans purchased by students prior to the class.

There will be an additional materials fee of $10.00, AND you will be purchasing and making a choice of what type of pan you would like to take home with you (Non-Stick or Cast Iron at $22 each) which will be added to the cost of the class when you register (at total of $35 in addition to the class tuition). Please be sure to check the appropriate box for the type of pan you want. Remember, this class will close 5 days in advance of the start date so please register and pay prior to January 15th.

About the Instructor:

Kim is a resident of Bainbridge Island. Her paternal grandparents were both from Denmark, which is where she learned to make Aebleskivers. She loves to cook and entertain, as well as garden.
