Create abstract and unique wearable art using a hot glue gun. Apart from fixing broken vases, a hot glue gun provides many creative possibilities. In this class we are going to create pendants and rings with hot glue. There are colored hot glue tubes, some of them even with glitter, and we will experiment with adding rhinestones. What we get with this technique is something really flexible and lightweight, and you would never know it’s hot glue.

Instructor: Amy Margaret Kapphan has a bachelor of fine arts degree in metal design from the University of Washington in Seattle. She taught jewelry making at Beads of Bainbridge in Winslow and various other bead stores. Her jewelry is sold online at amymargaret.com.
