About

Ravioli – tasty pasta pillows filled with goodness - is a delicious dish to enjoy among family and friends. Join Giovanni in making this classic Northern Italian fare – rolling the pasta fresca into thin sheets to create the ravioli, and make a spinach and ricotta filling to go along with a butter and sage sauce. We’ll top it with grated Parmigiano-Reggiano and share a glass of wine as we taste our creations.

It will be a fun and lively afternoon. Buon appetito!

*Please note that this class takes place the same day as the Rotary Auction. Traffic congestion is likely. You will receive a parking pass via email a few days before the class.
