Join BARN’s own M.J. Linford along with members of her family as they  share their Christmas Eve tradition and instruct us in the art of making the perfect Polish Pierogi. Pierogi are delicate noodle dough pockets stuffed with potato, sauerkraut, or cheese filling.

In this class you will learn how to make the pierogi dough, and how to roll and cut it to the correct dimensions to be stuffed.   BUT that isn’t all…. according to M.J. it is the technique of sealing the dumpling after it is stuffed and ready to be cooked that makes the BEST Pierogi.

The Linford family group will prepare three types of traditional pierogi stuffing for this class and will share their recipes.  Everyone will come away with all the tools needed to make these delicious pierogis.
