About

Come into BARN and work on your glass projects during open studio. The studio is equipped for fused glass, stained glass, torchworking, coldworking, and mosaic projects.

Prerequisites

Glass Open Studio is available to those who have taken the Glass Studio Orientation.

In addition, you must also be authorized on the specific tools or equipment you plan to use. You can gain authorization by taking a class and demonstrating competency (see upcoming glass classes), or by arranging a skills evaluation with the Glass Lead ([email protected]).

Class Policies

All participants must register. No drop-ins please.

Instructor

Nancy Adams

Nancy Adams has loved everything glass since she was a young child. During the '70s, she dabbled in stained glass and discovered playing with fused glass at Mesolini Glass Studio on Bainbridge Island. She became intrigued with techniques and processes for manipulating the glass. Her 2017 retirement opened the door for the opportunity to pursue glass experimentation and to share with others what she has learned.
