You will leave class with 24 ounces (approx.) of Ghee that you have made.

Details:

• Class size is limited to 8 people and ages 14+ are welcome!

• No experience is needed. Beginners welcome!

• An apron (optional) and remember please wear closed-toe shoes.

Instructor: 

Sandra Mehta has been a home cook for nearly 30 years! Her interest in cooking sparked off as a teenager when she was assigned the job of sous chef in her family’s home kitchen. At that time, she didn’t know it, but she was getting a rigorous and advanced education of what it means to prepare food, combine complex flavors, detect for ‘doneness’, blend spices and offer it all up in tantalizing and mouth-watering presentations! Sandra is excited to share her experience, skills, knowledge, and passion for cooking and entertaining with you in a new series of BARN cooking classes!
