Class fee: $35

Saturday, October 22 from 9 am to 12 pm

Materials fee: $10 payable in class

Learn basic hand and power tool woodworking by building a small wall cabinet. You’ll build the cabinet with thin plywood, rivets, oak, and creativity. This will be a fast-paced class with a focus on learning basic skills and encouraging experimentation with wood.
It's open to kids 10 and older. Parents are welcome to join their children, but it is not required. Parents will be asked to sign a permission form.

Instructor: Matt Jabloner, a member of the BARN woodworkers’ steering committee, is a professional engineer by trade. He has been a woodworker from before he can remember. He likes to incorporate end grain and rivets as design elements in his work.
