Join us for a free community repair event! Bring up to two items, such as small appliances, clothing, lamps, vacuums, jewelry, or small electronics. Our experienced fixers will attempt repairs and share their knowledge, helping you learn valuable repair skills. This collaborative initiative between Sustainable Bainbridge, and BARN, with support from the Rotary Club of Bainbridge Island, promotes sustainability, waste reduction, and community skill-sharing while helping participants extend the life of their belongings.

To participate, bring your clean items (along with any relevant manuals or parts) to the event. Fixers will attempt repairs on one item at a time. If there's time, you can join the line again with your second item.

Bring a friend and help spread the word. Together, we can build a more resilient and sustainable community through the power of repair!

Details

• Fix-it consultations are available on a first-come, first-served, basis.
• You must check in at the welcome table and be present during repairs. 
• While our volunteer fixers will do their best, successful repairs can't be guaranteed. 
• We're always looking for more volunteer fixers and apprentices. If you have repair skills to share, or want to learn, reach out to Heather or Jenn.
