Okay, you have taken introduction to floor loom weaving, what comes next?

This 2 session class is designed to refresh your floor loom weaving skills and/or help you move on to the next steps in weaving.

 An additional Materials Fee of $15 is required. Please bring cash or a check made out to BARN on the first day of the workshop.

This class is open to folks 14+ years of age and who have previously taken a floor or table loom weaving class.

Join Jason Devinney and Sybil Carrere on this next step on the road of developing your weaving skills.

In this class we will be reviewing how to:

•  measure a warp;
  
•  use a warping board or wheel;
  
• put your warp on the floor loom;
  
• translate a weaving pattern into the warp threading you use on the loom; 
  
• set up and use your treadles to follow your weaving pattern;
  
• weave your project;
  
• finish your project and take it off the loom.
