Calling all Fiber Arts Studio Members who want to become Studio Monitors for Open Studio and Fiber Circle Sessions!
The Fiber Arts Studio will be conducting a training session for all Fiber Arts Studio BARN Members who would like to become Studio Monitors for Open Studio, Fiber Circle Sessions and meetings of outside groups scheduled for our studio.
Existing Monitors should also plan to attend, as this training will be a refresher. We will cover changes that have happened in BARN and the Fiber Arts Studio since we opened last summer.
The training session will be held Thursday, April 5 from 6:00 – 7:00 PM, in the Fiber Arts Studio.

Monitors typically work in 2-4 hour increments.
REQUIREMENTS TO BE A FIBER ARTS STUDIO MONITOR:
- Be a BARN Member
- Complete orientation in Fiber Arts Studio policies and procedures.
- Complete BARN training on protecting children and vulnerable populations.
- Complete the WA State background check.
- Complete Monitor Training, and shadow a current monitor during an Open Studio or Fiber Circle
