The Tablet weaving technique known as “threaded-in design” taught in this beginner’s class will introduce you to a world of possibilities offered by this seemingly simple form of weaving. We will be weaving little sheep in a row. No experience is necessary, you will learn how the cards move, how to make your own cards, how to weave using the back strap method (a portable loom) and how to make your own simple pattern. Tablet weaving will give you never ending possibilities to make bookmarks, belts, trim pieces, embellishments for garments, lanyards, guitar straps, jewelry, etc. This class opens the door for new challenging and complex designs and hours of weaving enjoyment. Join the fun!
