About

Prepare wool for spinning with the use of various tools.  There will be several fleeces provided for you to experiment with. You can bring your tools, but there are combs, hand carders and drum carders at the studio.  (You are also encouraged to bring fleece you have questions about IF:

•  IF the Fleece has been in the freezer overnight before coming to the workshop, 
• AND IF the Fleece and is absolutely bug-free.)  

What supplies students should bring:

Tools and Fleece, if available.

Instructor Bio: Emily Grice has been learning to spin for the past 30 years.  She has attended several workshops and classes with local spinning experts.
