Festive Winter Plates
Create two one-of-a-kind holiday plates to brighten your home or gift to someone special.
In this hands-on-class you'll play with color and texture in a piece that delights all season long. You'll make two appetizer-size plates about five inches square, and select colors that reflect a winter wonderland of tree branches.

- Skill level: Beginner. No experience required.
Materials
- A $32 materials fee, included in the price of the class, covers everything needed.
Class Policies
- Long pants and closed-toe shoes are required in the Glass Arts studio at all times.
- Ages 14 and up are welcome.
Instructor
At heart, Anne is an artist and designer whose chosen mediums include concrete, textiles, clay, paper, metal, encaustic, stained, and now, fused glass. Her passion took her on many paths, including ceramics and portraiture, and eventually led to a career in graphic and textile design and as a Marimekko retailer, toy, and apparel designer. Combining her talents for design and business, she pursued a career with Herman Miller and Steelcase, which spanned 35 years. Recently retired, her passion for art and design has led her to BARN to immerse herself and focus on all forms of art-creating, designing, and having a terrific time.
